 Screen Shield:
If some game is running when Shield activates then Windows is "frizzing"  and I can not switch Shield off from Cafe Manager.
- In Cafe Manager for User Pays Before mode you have an options do not activate Shield when time has elapsed.

If you use Screen Shield 2.0.0 or higher:
- Please use XTools>Window Killer... menu to run Window Killer program and make appropriate selection. For more info see Tour or Screen Shield help file

If you use Screen Shield 1.25 or lower:
If you haven't disable Direct Exit (in Shield Menu) you can try to move mouse pointer (it's transparent, but it's there) up to the left corner of a screen and do Left Click. If Shield has successfully locked the PC, this will work and Shield will unlock computer and you can exit the game to Windows. Otherwise you have to manually reboot PC.
- When you register Cafe Manager you can obtain XTools for Shield. This is a free upgrade for registered customers only.
With XTools you can eliminate this sort of problems. For more information, please see Tour

 Why Windows System Policy Editor does not work under Restricted User logon on Win NT/2000/XP systems?
If your settings for the Restricted User logon prohibit Registry editing (to install program for example) Then Windows Policy Editor will not work. You need to do following:
- Remove restriction from the logon account (assign Administrative rights);
- Run Windows Policy Editor and make desired changes;
- Assign restrictions back to the logon account.

 I want to change more windows functions than XTools have. Can you suggest something?
You can try to use Tweak UI utility for windows 95/98 by Microsoft. Please do a search for "Tweak UI" on any search engine. You should get plenty of results, where you can download and read some information about this utility.
