Screen Shield
To get access to Screen Shield menu, locate Screen Shield icon on a Task Bar and right-click on it.
You will see following menu:

Exit Program - Program will ask for Admin
password and if password is OK Screen Shield will exit
Lock PC - Screen Shield will Lock the system
Windows sub menu. Restart or Shutdown - Program will
ask for Admin password and if password is OK Screen Shield will execute
selected command

Use Windows Policy Editor
to remove Shutdown command from Windows Start menu. In this case the
system can be shutdown or restarted by Admin personnel through
Screen Shield only.

XTools sub menu. Windows Policy Editor or Window
Killer - Program will ask for Admin password and if password is OK
Screen Shield will execute selected command
