Screen Shield

XTools. Windows Policy Editor

You may find it useful when you want to restrict user's access to vital parts of Windows.

To access to this program right-click on Screen Shield icon in the System Tray and select XTools>Windows Policy Editor menu. Program will ask you to specify Admin password before showing main screen. (see picture bellow)
Please back up your Windows Registry before using this program.

For Win NT based systems: Please make changes under logon account you are going to use for customers with Administrative privileges rights Turned On. After you have done with System Policy editing you can assign Restrictions to the logon account, if required. 

 

Check options you would like to use and click Save button.


Save - To update settings and exit program

Exit - To exit program without updating
